‘Peak’ Satisfaction
Our focus revolves around meticulously curated quality products, exceptional service, and connecting to our vibrant community of outdoor enthusiasts. We want your every purchase to elevate and exceed your expectations. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we’ll issue a replacement or refund. Please read our policies for more detailed information below.
Product Returns, Replacements or Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, bring it back to us in-store within 30 days. Items must be unworn with tags on/new condition.
Eligibility:
· Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
· Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
· A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
· Store credit is available for items returned over 30 days and/or no receipt is presented.
Non-Returnable Items:
· Gift cards.
· Clearance/final sale items (unless they are defective or damaged).
Refunds
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Credit Card refunds may take up to 2-3 days to process, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
• Restocking Fee
o A restocking fee of 5% will be applied on all refunded items returned for non-defective reasons.
o The restocking fee is intended to cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking. This is to avoid passing along processing fees to our customers.
Replacements & Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• Same rules and conditions apply as product returns.
Special Orders
If we don’t have the size, color, or product of a brand we carry we’ll order it for you and take 10% off the retail price for inconvenience, pending availability.
Eligibility:
• Special orders can be placed for items that are not currently available in our regular in-store inventory and available from our suppliers.
• Customers can place special orders in-store or by phone.
• Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
Processing and Shipping Time
• Customers will be notified of the estimated arrival date to pick up the order in-store when placing the order.
Cancellation and Changes:
· Special orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been placed.
Returns and Exchanges
• Special orders are subject to MES standard return and exchange policies.
o Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% will be applied on all special order items returned for non-defective reasons to cover processing and shipping costs.
Notification and Pick-Up
• Customers will be notified via phone call or text when their special-order item has arrived at the store.
